How do I download my printable wall art?
After a successful payment, customers who purchase printable wall art are automatically emailed a download link and the order is marked as fulfilled. Anyone with access to the order status page will also have a link available to download attachments for the order.
How do I print and frame my digital downloads?
AT HOME: You can print these JPG files on your home computer, using good quality paper. Simply choose which size you want and print that file.
LOCAL STORE: Costco, Walmart, Staples, Office Depot, and Walgreens all offer printing options. It's also great to support your local mom and pop print shops!
ONLINE: There are many professional printing companies out there with affordable printing options - Shutterfly, Zazzle, VistaPrint, and many more you can find on Google. These companies can print on a wide variety of materials such as paper, canvas, or even metal wall prints.
Standard frames can be purchased at any store like Target. All photo sizes should fit standard frames when printed as posters.
How do custom orders work for physical items?
Each item varies, but basically you order your item, then email sunnymommycreations@gmail.com with the requested information and/or photo for your custom item. If you are not satisfied with the preview of your item, I offer a full refund.
What if I want to customize an item not in your "custom collection"?
Email me and let me know! Items such as rugs or occasional chairs can be difficult to customize because of dimensions, angles, etc., but I'd be happy to work with you if you want to try customizing such an item.
